Nexal Corporation offers most of its technical support documentation online via the Internet.   It is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week without charge for our customers and resellers throughout the world.  It is should be your first stop when you have a question about or are having a problem with a Nexal product.

There are four main areas of iAssist:

qAssist™      

Every Nexal product in release has it's own qAssist page for quick answers to the most common questions about a product:
  • Current Product Release version and build numbers
  • Release History with changes made in each release
  • Current Known Bug List
  • Compatibility Issues with Other Products
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) about using the product

You can access all of Nexal Tech Support's online materials by just entering keywords about the problem you are having.  Accessed using GroupWise® WebPublisher™, you can also browse through other documents from the following libraries:
  • Application Notes which provide helpful new ideas about using Nexal products
  • Technical Support Bulletins which deal with compatibility issues, data corruption, setup and installation issues, and detailed technical documents for Nexal products

Note:  All Nexal Technical Support documents are in WordPerfect format.  At this time, images contained in the documents cannot be viewed via the web, but you can save the documents with a WPD file extension, then view or print the document off-line using WordPerfect or Word.
