Nexal Corporation provides thorough technical support for all of our products, so feel free to pick our brains.

For your convenience, we offer the following types of support methods:

  • iAssist™: Support from the web, by ftp, or from our online knowledgebase
  • eAssist™:  Support through e-mail or electronic incidents
  • faxAssist™: Fax us with your questions
  • telAssist™: Telephone support

iAssist Support is available for free for unlimited usage.   All other support methods are free for the first 30 days from  downloading your Nexal product.  After that, the following support options are available:

  • "FrontLine" Support from your local Nexal Authorized Reseller
  • "Pay As You Go" per incident support via eAssist, faxAssist or telAssist
  • NexRx™ Annual Support Contracts direct from Nexal

Effective 2001 January 01 there is a $50 service charge for reissuing a product unlock code.  Codes will only be reissued for customers who have registered.  It is important that both customer end-users and resellers maintain a record of their purchase along with activation and unlock codes.

Product Brochures & Documentation Available

Most Nexal product brochures and documentation are available in Adobe® Acrobat® PDF format. Documents and pages on the web site which are available in PDF format are marked with the PDF icon shown above.  Most browsers support the Acrobat plug-in to allow you to read these documents online, real-time in your Internet browser by just clicking on the document name.  You can read and print these documents while visiting the Nexal web site.  You can also download the publications by holding down the SHIFT key when you click and save the PDF file to your local hard drive for later use.
