Refund Policy

Nexal does not offer refunds on any of its products.  This policy was established because:  (1) Nexal offers fully functioning 30-day evaluation copies of all its software products providing customers ample opportunity to ensure that our products meet their needs and work correctly on the customer's computer system(s);  and (2) Nexal has no way to police uninstallation of its products once we provide an activation code or provide an unlocked copy of the software after the 30-day product evaluation period has expired.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

Reissuing Activation & Unlock Codes

There is a $50 service charge for reissuing a product unlock code.  Codes will only be reissued for customers who have registered.  It is important that both customer end-users and resellers maintain a record of their purchase along with activation and unlock codes issued at the time of purchase.
